Contribution guidelines

SUPPORTING PPT PRESENTATIONS:
For Powerpoint slide shows during your presentation, we advise you to adhere to the time allocated when preparing your presentation (1 slide/minute). Please upload the final version of your slide show (in powerpoint) to our FTP site ftp.vito.be/FutureRemoteSensing (username: zzftp07 – password: fors2006), to avoid installation problems on the day of the presentation. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you experience any problems with the uploading procedure. Of course you may bring a CD version as a back-up should you require one.

FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION:
A MS-Word version of the manuscript to be published in the Proceedings, can also be uploaded to our FTP site ftp.vito.be/FutureRemoteSensing (username: zzftp07 – password: fors2006). Authors guidelines should be followed and are available here.
Submission of full manuscripts will remain possible until September 1st 2006.

POSTERS:
Accepted dimensions: Height: 120cm Width: 80cm
Mounting times: 10:00-12:00 on Day 1 of the conference (October 17th )
Posters may be dismounted from 16:00 on the final day of the workshop (October 18th )
Deadline for submitting your poster: October 1st 2006.

"VIRTUAL" POSTER PRESENTATION :
For interested participants hampered in attending the Conference for pure financial reasons, the organizers decided to stimulate 'virtual' poster presentations (in absence of the authors) at a reduced subscription fee of 50 Euro. This gives you the right to submit a poster, which will be exhibited at the conference by our services. Publishing a full paper in the Conference Proceedings however, will not be possible.
